Job Description – Sales & Team Development Manager

AERLIS Grow IMF Private Limited is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Team Development Manager to manage sales activities, lead a team, improve customer conversion, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and coordinate the sales team.

- Monitor sales targets and team performance.

- Follow up with customers and support policy conversion.

- Recruit, train, and guide new team members.

- Prepare sales reports and improve team productivity.

- Support business development and achieve sales goals.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in any field, age 25–33 years, good communication and leadership skills, and an interest in sales and team management.

Salary: ₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Location: Coimbatore | Job Type: Full-time, office-based

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM | Weekly Holiday: Sunday
