Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Supervision
Supervise and monitor pest control technicians on daily field operations.
Assign service schedules and routes to technicians.
Ensure technicians report on time and follow company discipline.
Maintain attendance and productivity records of field staff.
2. Service Quality Control
Ensure pest control treatments are completed as per SOPs.
Conduct random site inspections and quality checks.
Handle service complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor chemical usage and prevent wastage.
3. Customer Management
Coordinate with clients for service scheduling.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Address client concerns professionally.
Ensure customer feedback is collected after services.
4. Training & Development
Train new technicians on pest control methods and safety procedures.
Conduct refresher training sessions for existing staff.
Guide technicians on customer handling and service quality.
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure proper use of PPE kits and safety equipment.
Follow government guidelines for chemical handling and disposal.
Maintain records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Update service completion reports in system/software.
Maintain stock records of chemicals, machines, and tools.
Required Skills:

Qualification:
Minimum: PUC / Any Degree
Certification in pest control (preferred)
Experience:
2 to 5 years in pest control operations
Minimum 1 year in team handling / supervisory role preferred
Salary:
As per company standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)
