Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and student-focused Academic Advisors/Senior Counsellor to guide learners in

making informed education and career decisions. The role involves counseling students, understanding their

academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

● Counsel students via calls, chats, and in-person interactions

● Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses/colleges

● Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and timelines

● Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments

● Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes

● Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:

● Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates preferred)

● Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer support is an advantage

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets

● Willingness to work from office in Ahmedabad.

Mandatory Requirement:

● Personal laptop is required
