GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. This is a customer-facing role (not sales-driven), requiring excellent communication, refined presentation, and the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth clients. The role also involves administrative support and ensuring world-class store standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcome and assist HNI/Ultra-HNI customers with personalized service.
2. Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
3. Coordinate and support meetings for senior team members and clients.
4. Maintain a luxury retail environment — organized, clean, and professional.
5. Handle customer queries with discretion and ensure seamless resolution.
6. Support store-related administrative and operational activities.
7. Prepare and share quotations/proposals using software tools in a timely and professional manner.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Polished, professional, and customer-first approach.
· Ability to confidently interact with HNI/Ultra-HNI clients.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· Graduation in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in premium customer handling, retail, or store management.
· Female candidates preferred.
· Strong communication skills, professional etiquette, and presentable personality.
· Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
· Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
· Location: Grant Road (Mumbai) — easily accessible by public transport
