Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments.
Visit customers and collect outstanding dues as per company policy.
Maintain collection records and update recovery status regularly.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
Ensure timely recovery of assigned loan accounts.
Coordinate with branch teams and reporting managers.
Handle customer queries related to loan repayments.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
