Job Description – Sourcing Manager

Position: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with new Channel Partners (CPs) for real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Onboard new Channel Partners and encourage them to actively work on the project. Regularly coordinate with Channel Partners regarding project updates, offers, and requirements.
Generate quality walk-ins and leads through Channel Partner networks.
Follow up with prospects and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Assist in closing deals and achieving project sales targets.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with Channel Partners to ensure consistent business generation.

Candidate Profile: Experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / Sourcing / Business Development will be preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and Channel Partner network.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
Ability to generate leads, walk-ins, and support the team in closing deals.
