Identify and generate leads for scrap and end-of-life vehicles through various channels.
Visit customers, vehicle owners, dealers, and other sources for vehicle inspection and sourcing.
Evaluate vehicle condition and assess its approximate scrap value.
Negotiate purchase prices with customers and close deals within approved limits.
Maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners, dealers, brokers, and other sourcing partners.
Coordinate vehicle pickup, transportation, and delivery to the RVSF (Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility).
Ensure proper collection and verification of vehicle documents before purchase.
Update sourcing activities, leads, quotations, and closures in the required system/Google Sheets.
Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and vehicle procurement targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations, documentation, accounts, and RVSF teams for smooth processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable vehicle-scrapping regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly sourcing reports and share them with the reporting manager.
