Job Title: Solar Sales Manager – EPC (Male Only)

Location: Karnal
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
Working Mode: Remote (within Haryana)
Age Criteria: 25 – 40 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for Solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mounted)

• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable EPC solutions

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams

• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

• Promote EPC services across Haryana

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Solar EPC sales

• Strong knowledge of solar systems, EPC model, and pricing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Willing to travel across Haryana

• Male candidates only

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in rooftop/commercial solar EPC projects

• Strong local network in Karnal and nearby areas

• Target-driven and self-motivated
