Software Sales Manager

Lissomsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager to drive B2B software sales, acquire new clients, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

• Maintain sales activities and client details in the CRM.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Guide the sales team and ensure achievement of targets.
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B software or IT solution sales

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure

• Knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management

• Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Good understanding of software products and business requirements
  

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
