We’re looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager who can own the complete sales journey—from understanding design intent to flawless site execution.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients, architects, designers, and PMCs to understand requirements and recommend the right premium bathroom & fittings solutions

• Drive the complete process from product selection to on-site execution

• Manage high-value clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and consultative sales experience

• Coordinate with the backend and operations team for quotations, order processing, and timelines

• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring conversion and repeat business

• Build long-term relationships through strong customer relationship management (CRM)

• Proven experience in premium bathroom products / sanitaryware / luxury fittings

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence

• A sales-driven professional with a customer-first mindset
