Job Description:

We are looking for confident and presentable Showroom Sales Executives (Female) for our marble showroom. The candidate should be customer-friendly, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of explaining products clearly to walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

Explain marble, tiles, and stone products including quality, usage, and pricing

Handle daily customer follow-ups via calls and messages

Maintain customer enquiry records and coordinate with the sales team

Make outbound calls to leads and existing clients

Support in closing sales and achieving monthly targets

Maintain showroom display and ensure a pleasant customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good English communication skills are mandatory

Ability to confidently speak to clients and explain products

Experience in marble showroom or tile showroom preferred

Basic computer and WhatsApp follow-up knowledge

Customer-focused attitude with sales orientation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in showroom sales (marble / tiles / interiors preferred)

Presentable, polite, and well-spoken

Target-driven and willing to earn incentives
