Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• Candidates must be from a Healthcare background only
  (Hospital, Diagnostic Center, Clinic, Home Healthcare, Medical Services, Healthcare Operations or Sales)

• Non-healthcare candidates will not be considered

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry

• Experience in hospital/doctor/diagnostic tie-ups will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage hospital tie-ups for patient admissions and healthcare services

• Establish and maintain diagnostic center tie-ups

• Coordinate and onboard doctors and healthcare professionals

• Tie-ups with healthcare service providers (home care, nursing, physiotherapy, etc.)

• Generate revenue through strategic healthcare partnerships

• Lead generation, follow-up, and conversion

• Handle patient and partner queries professionally

• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders

• Ensure timely reporting and coordination with internal teams

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and referral processes

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Ability to manage multiple tie-ups and follow-ups

Reporting To:

• Operations Head / Business Head
