We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at at Abt Maruti. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
A Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and technicians in an automotive dealership or repair shop. They are responsible for greeting customers, diagnosing vehicle issues, scheduling service, providing cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing workflow, explaining repairs, and building customer trust to drive service retention.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
