Job Summary

We are looking for a Wellness Counselor – Sales who will be responsible for counseling customers on wellness and skincare solutions while achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing the right product recommendations, closing sales through calls and walk-ins, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel customers on wellness and skincare products based on their needs

• Handle tele-sales and in-person sales inquiries

• Generate and convert leads into sales

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

• Explain product benefits, usage, and treatment plans clearly

• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and promotions

• Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Experience in sales, tele-sales, or wellness counseling (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of skincare, wellness, or beauty products (preferred)

• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• MBA / Graduate / Freshers can apply

• Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or healthcare sales is an advantage
