Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Location: Project Area – Flexible to travel across Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives (Based on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle leads, understand customer requirements, and explain project details.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Negotiate with clients, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with CRM and Finance teams for smooth documentation and closure.
• Travel to project sites as required.
Key Skills:
• Excellent English & Kannada communication; proficiency in 2 regional languages preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent lead follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Result-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• End-to-end real estate sales experience preferred.
