A Senior Sales Executive for a new car showroom drives high-volume vehicle sales by delivering exceptional customer service, managing test drives, negotiating, and closing deals. They are responsible for meeting ambitious sales targets, mentoring junior staff, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong customer relationships, often necessitating experience in automotive retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Negotiation: Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales targets, including financing, insurance, and warranty options.

• Customer Experience: Guide customers through the buying journey, from identifying needs to final vehicle delivery.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical knowledge to less experienced sales executives, enhancing the team's overall capabilities.

• Lead Generation & CRM: Proactively identify new customers through prospecting, networking, and cold calling, ensuring a full sales pipeline.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends to provide insights for improving sales strategies.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market activity for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience (often 0-6 years) in automobile or retail showroom sales.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license is required.
