Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executives to join our high-performing real estate sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow with one of India's most reputed real estate advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide project consultations.

• Conduct property site visits with clients.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively.

• Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and real estate developers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales; real estate sales experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (vehicle is mandatory).

• Comfortable working on weekends and holidays (Weekly off on Tuesday).

• Knowledge of Noida and Delhi NCR real estate market is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

💰 Salary Range: 3.5 LPA – 8 LPA
