Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity.
Assign leads/tasks to team members and ensure timely follow-up.
Guide team members in customer handling, negotiations, and closing sales.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training to team members.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new business development.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth order processing and customer service.
Ensure company policies, processes, and reporting standards are properly followed.
