Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team and contribute to the overall growth of Jhopdi.com. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in managing client communication, assisting in sales operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely response to client requests.
Maintain and update sales databases, reports, and customer records.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless process execution.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, MIS reports, and documentation.
Track sales leads, monitor progress, and ensure proper follow-up.
Support sales campaigns and marketing activities as required.
Manage customer communication with professionalism and ensure high service quality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and support multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
