· Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
· Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
· Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
· High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex customer situations.
· Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution capabilities.
· Strong ethical orientation and commitment to transparent selling.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
· Presentable personality with a professional and confident approach.
