Job Summary

The Sales Officer – Gold Loan is responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting DBS Bank Gold Loan products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Gold Loan business.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

• Explain Gold Loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth loan processing.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

• Cross-sell other banking products wherever applicable.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.

Eligibility

Education

• HSC (12th Pass) / Any Graduate

Experience

• Candidates with Gold Loan Sales experience preferred.

• Candidates from Banking or NBFC with experience in other loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc.) can also apply.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered (subject to company policy).
