Job Summary

Kathleho Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's lift, elevator, and car parking solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer feedback.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
