Senior Export Coordinator

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export operations (documentation, shipment, compliance)

• Coordinate with international clients and vendors

• Manage export orders, tracking, and timely delivery

• Ensure adherence to export regulations and policies

• Work closely with production and backend teams

• Maintain records, reports, and communication logs

• Actively generate new export/business leads through:

• Convert leads into business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in export/import operations

• Proven experience in business development / lead generation

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently handle international clients

• Experience in textile/garment export is an added advantage
