Senior Customer Support Officer

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Officer – Merchant Lending to join our team at at Five Splash Infotech Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist merchants in understanding their loan eligibility and available funding options.

• Guide merchants through the end-to-end loan application process.

• Support merchants in collecting and validating required documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and loan disbursement.

• Manage the complete merchant lifecycle from onboarding to disbursement.

• Build & maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure positive customer

experience.

• Address merchant queries and provide prompt resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to process guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Candidate Profile

• Female candidate preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in merchant support, customer service, lending

operations, or relationship management.

• Candidates from NBFC, banking, fintech, or financial services backgrounds will be preferred;

however, relevant experience from other industries may also be considered.

• Location: FiveS Digital, Arihant Aura, 5th Floor, C Wing, Opposite Turbhe Railway Station,

Navi Mumbai.

• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekly Off: Sunday
