Senior Visa Counsellor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process for countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe (Schengen), and other destinations. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of immigration procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, visitor,, business, and PR visa options.

• Assess clients' eligibility and recommend the most suitable visa pathway.

• Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.

• Assist clients in preparing accurate and complete visa applications.

• Review and verify documents before submission to ensure compliance.

• Coordinate with documentation, legal, and operations teams for timely processing.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and provide application status updates.

• Resolve client queries professionally and handle escalations effectively.

• Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and visa policies.

• Meet monthly counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.

• Train and mentor junior visa counsellors to improve team performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
