About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of creative artists? We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Center Manager/Counselor to lead our center operations. In this role, you will be the face of our center, guiding aspiring students toward careers in Animation, VFX, and Game Design while driving the business growth of the franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Career Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions with prospective students and parents to explain career paths in the creative industry and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Lead Management: Effectively manage and track leads through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.

• Center Operations: Oversee the daily administrative functions of the center, ensuring a premium experience for students and faculty.

• Marketing & Outreach: Coordinate local BTL activities, school/college seminars, and digital lead-generation support to increase walk-ins.

• Team Leadership: (For Center Manager) Lead and mentor a team of counselors and admin staff to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in educational sales, career counseling, or center management (experience in Animation/VFX or vocational training is a major plus).

• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Sales Mindset: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/enrollment targets.

• Location Awareness: Familiarity with the Delhi-NCR student demographic and education hubs.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and social media tools.
