About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven IT Sales professional to lead our IT Services business targeting the US market. The role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in building client relationships, managing high-value deals, and achieving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with international customers.
Understand client requirements and align customized IT service solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
Strong exposure to US IT services market (mandatory).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork or Clutch is advantageous.
