We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Associate to join our team at Urban Company under the Insta Help Division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving ground-level partner acquisition strategies, managing a dedicated team of Business Development Associates (BDAs), and directly expanding our partner footprint within high-potential local markets and chawl clusters.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Leadership: Accompany BDAs directly into local markets, commercial hubs, and chawl communities to identify, pitch, and onboard potential partners.
Team Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular field-based training sessions for BDAs to sharpen their pitch delivery, objection handling, and lead conversion techniques.
Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Strategically map high-density micro-markets, monitoring BDA daily footprints to ensure maximum partner reach and alignment with expansion goals.
Performance Tracking: Actively track daily partner onboarding metrics, analyze market trends, and implement corrections to help BDAs achieve their monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong initial relationships with newly onboarded community partners to ensure smooth service activation and long-term retention.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3+ years of aggressive experience in field sales, area operations, or on-ground team management (FMCG, fintech merchant onboarding, or local gig-economy acquisition experience is highly preferred).
Travel: Willingness to spend 80-90% of the time on the ground in the market with the team.
Language: Strong proficiency in the regional local language to smoothly communicate with market vendors and residential community stakeholders.
