Urgently Hiring – Senior Admission Counselor

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students regarding courses and admissions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information.
Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
Update lead status and maintain records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Admission Counseling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
