Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP FICO Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) and preparing students for real-world SAP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP FICO modules.

• Conduct hands-on sessions with real-time scenarios and practical examples.

• Train students in SAP FI and CO concepts from basic to advanced level.

• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.

• Guide students on SAP FICO projects and interview preparation.

• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

• Maintain high-quality training standards and student engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO concepts and industry practices.

Technical Skills Required

• SAP FI – General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting

• Bank Accounting

• Financial Statements and Reporting

• SAP CO – Cost Center Accounting

• Profit Center Accounting

• Internal Orders

• Product Costing

• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

• FI–CO Integration

• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Practical knowledge of SAP configuration and real-time scenarios

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules.

• Prior SAP FICO training or industry experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

• Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.

• SAP certification will be an added advantage.

Salary / Compensation

Full-Time Trainer: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Part-Time Trainer: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per batch

Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
