Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.

• Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.

• Follow up with customers to close sales or gather feedback.

• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with call details.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
