Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and promoting our Algo Trading Software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Call, follow up, and convert leads into clients

• Explain company products/services to customers

• Maintain client relationships and provide support

• Achieve monthly business targets
  
  Salary & Incentives:

  Two Compensation Options Available (Candidate can choose one):

  Option 1 – Only Salary:

  • Fixed monthly salary (as per experience & interview)

  • No commission

  Option 2 – Only Commission:

  • No fixed salary

  • 30% – 50% commission on every successful deal
