Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sales Telecaller to manage and follow up with customers from our existing database. The role involves contacting leads, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting the sales process to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers from the existing company database.
Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture and convert them.
Update call records, customer feedback, and follow-up status in the system.
Schedule callbacks, meetings, and demonstrations as required.
Achieve follow-up and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
