Industry: Industrial Flooring / Epoxy / PU Flooring

Humein ek smart, confident aur result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive ki zarurat hai jo company ke IndiaMART account aur sales leads ko professionally handle kar sake.

💼 Job Responsibilities:

✅ IndiaMART par aane wali enquiries ko call & WhatsApp karna

✅ Customer ki requirement samajhna aur proper follow-up karna

✅ New customers/companies ke contact numbers khud search karke database banana

✅ Factories, Industries, Warehouses, Hospitals, Showrooms, Parking & Commercial Projects se leads generate karna

✅ Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring, Self-Leveling, ESD Flooring, Floor Coating etc. ke enquiries generate karna

✅ 3rd-party / contractor projects ke orders ke liye companies aur contractors se contact karna

✅ Daily calling, follow-up aur lead report maintain karna

✅ Interested customers se quotation/site visit ke liye meeting fix karna

✅ Old enquiries ka regular follow-up karke order convert karna

⭐ Candidate ke andar ye Skills honi chahiye:

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• Hindi + basic English communication

• Sales aur negotiation ki understanding

• Customer ko professionally handle karne ki ability

• Lead generation ka experience preferred

• IndiaMART ka experience extra advantage

• Excel / Google Sheets ka basic knowledge

• WhatsApp Business ka knowledge

• Target-oriented aur follow-up mein strong

• Khud se naye customers dhoondhne ki ability

• Flooring / Construction / Industrial field ka experience preferred

💰 Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹12,000(As Per experience & interview) per month + Performance Incentive

🔥 Order/Business generate karne par attractive incentive bhi milega.

📍 Location: Will be sent on WhatsApp

🕐 Timing: 9:30 to 6:30

👤 Experience: 1+ Year preferred
