We are looking for a confident, polite, and well-spoken female candidate who can communicate with customers over the phone, explain our travel packages, and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers who inquire about our travel packages.

- Explain package details, pricing, itinerary, hotel stays, meals, transportation, and other inclusions.

- Answer customer questions professionally and politely.

- Follow up with interested customers and assist them with booking confirmations.

- Maintain customer inquiry records and follow up on pending bookings.

- Build customer trust through clear communication and excellent service.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- A polite, confident, friendly, and professional personality.

- Good listening skills and the ability to explain information clearly.

- Basic smartphone and computer skills.

- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or the travel industry will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
