📢 Job Opening: Telecaller / Senior Telecaller

Company: PNG Group of Ayurveda

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience).

🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers and Senior Telecallers to join our growing Ayurveda business. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting Ayurvedic products, and generating sales through effective communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

For Telecaller:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Explain Ayurvedic products and services to customers

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain customer database and follow-ups

• Resolve basic customer queries

For Senior Telecaller:

• Manage high-value or priority leads

• Guide and support junior telecallers

• Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Requirements

Telecaller:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling

• Fresher & experienced both can apply

Senior Telecaller:

• 1–3 years of telecalling/sales experience (preferably in Ayurveda/healthcare)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Leadership ability and target-oriented mindset
