Sales Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain products/services and answer customer questions.

• Generate sales leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections professionally.

• Record call details and outcomes in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Proven experience in telecalling or sales (0–2 years).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work under target-based pressure.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Fluent in [Language(s) required].

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telesales or customer service.

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude and team spirit.
