Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Sales Telecaller to handle customer follow-ups, generate sales, and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and be confident while speaking with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and potential customers for follow-up.

• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain regular communication with customers.

• Update customer details and call records.

• Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Basic Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle follow-ups and meet sales targets.

• Hindi communication is required; English is preferred.

• Freshers can apply; sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
