We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team and play a vital role in generating leads, promoting products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain products/services, features, and benefits to customers
Follow up on previous interactions and maintain accurate records
Handle inbound customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Work with sales or support teams to achieve monthly targets
Maintain daily call logs and submit reports as required
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
