Job Description – Healthcare Advisor/ Executive (Female)

Position: Healthcare Advisor / Healthcare Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female Telesales Executives for our Health & Wellness business. Candidates with prior experience in the Health & Wellness industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

• Explain health and wellness products/services to potential customers

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer database and update CRM records

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience

• Experience in the Health & Wellness industry is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Relevant telesales experience preferred
