Vesta Acre is looking for a high-performing Team Lead – Sales to lead and mentor Sales Advisors within an 85% AI-driven sales workflow. The role focuses on converting AI-qualified inbound leads, achieving sales targets, managing pipelines, monitoring CRM performance, coaching team members, conducting call reviews, coordinating site visits, and supporting high-value deal closures. Candidates should have 5–10+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in team leadership or people management, with experience in Real Estate, PropTech, Banking, Insurance, SaaS, or consultative sales preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, CRM, forecasting, and performance-management skills are essential.
