Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and support sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
·Act as a hands-on leader and doer, actively contributing to closures and key accounts.
· Drive sales numbers by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
· Analyse performance to understand what, why, and how to improve results.
· Build and maintain strong dealer, reseller, and distributor relationships.
· Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, CRM updates, and reporting discipline.
· Conduct joint market visits and support channel partner development.
