• Research and identify potential B2B clients across different industries.

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other outreach methods.

• Connect with HR, Marketing, Admin, L&D, and Procurement decision-makers.

• Schedule qualified client meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support business growth.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
