Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present products/services to clients and conduct sales meetings or demos.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
