About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Present products/services to clients and conduct sales meetings or demos.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
