Location: Pune International Airport (Domestic Departure)
Shift: 10-hour rotational shift
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic Sales Representative to manage walk-in customers, drive daily sales targets, and deliver a premium retail experience at our Pune Airport store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and actively upsell/cross-sell offers

• Maintain accurate billing, inventory, and stock records

• Follow up on leads and nudge customers on ongoing offers/discounts

• Ensure store presentation, hygiene, and display standards are maintained

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

• Coordinate with store manager on stock replenishment and reporting

Requirements

• Prior retail/sales experience preferred (jewellery, fashion, or airport retail a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working rotational shifts (10-hour) at an airport location

• Basic computer/billing software knowledge

• Presentable, customer-first attitude
