Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and current offers to clients.
Handle inbound inquiries from various channels (website, portals, campaigns).
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with call outcomes and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into site visits/sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
