Job Title: Optical Sales Representative

Location: Rohini East , Pocket 3 , Sector 7 .

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Optical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products, explain lens and frame options, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions.

• Explain lens features, coatings, progressive lenses, blue-light protection, sunglasses, and other optical products.

• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.

• Maintain product displays and ensure frames are clean and organized.

• Coordinate with the optometrist regarding customer prescriptions.

• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records.

• Follow up with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and after-sales service.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve complaints.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• 12th Pass preferred.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred (optical experience is an advantage).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and build trust.

• Basic computer skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
