Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting dance programs, converting leads into enrolments, and contributing to the growth of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to walk-in and online leads, explain course offerings, and convert them into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential students using CRM or internal systems.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the studio.

• Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies and campaigns to drive enrolment.

• Represent the studio professionally during events, workshops, and public interactions.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to streamline inquiries and lead follow-ups.

• Provide detailed information about schedules, instructors, and course fees.

• Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, or messages and maintain relationships for long-term engagement.

• Stay updated on all courses, pricing, events, and trainers to ensure accurate and persuasive communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, fitness, or performing arts industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; regional languages a plus).

• Passion for dance or performing arts is a strong advantage.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and social media platforms.

• High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.

Working Hours:

Fixed Weekly Off

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Timings may vary on event/workshop days)
