● Source new Gold Loan customers through market visits, referrals, and local activities.
● Handle end-to-end Gold Loan processing including customer onboarding and documentation.
● Explain loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility to customers.
● Coordinate with branch operations for gold appraisal, valuation, and disbursement.
● Achieve monthly business targets for login, disbursement, and revenue generation.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and renewals.
● Cross-sell other financial products such as Insurance, Personal Loans, Savings Products, etc.
● Ensure safe handling and proper documentation of pledged gold as per company policy.
● Maintain branch MIS, customer records, and compliance standards.
● Support collection follow-ups and overdue management when required.
Eligibility Criteria
● Graduation preferred; 12th pass may be considered for junior roles.
● 1–4 years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Financial Services.
● Good local market knowledge and customer handling skills.
● Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for field sourcing roles.
