Hiring Sales & Marketing Head – Electrical Industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Head to join our team in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, business development, channel sales, and team management within the electrical industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and key customers.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

• Manage project sales, institutional sales, and key accounts.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with production, operations, and finance teams for timely order execution.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

• Strong experience in B2B sales, channel sales, and project sales.

• Good knowledge of electrical products such as switchgear, cables, panels, transformers, or related products.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
